Onrush Funding ("Onrush," "we," "us"), operated by Onrush Creative LLC, provides business funding advisory services and connects business owners with funding options through our partner network, including iFundYou. Information you provide directly, including when you complete our funding questionnaire or application forms:

• Contact information: name, email address, phone number
• Business information: legal business name, DBA, business address, industry, business start date, entity type, state of incorporation
• Financial and qualification information: requested funding amount, monthly revenue range, time in business, banking relationship details, and Federal Tax ID (EIN)
• Estimated credit range (self-reported)
• Any information you provide in communications with us

Information collected automatically when you use the Site:

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Site

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Our services are intended for business owners.

• Share your application details with our funding partners (including iFundYou) so they can assess and present funding offers
• Communicate with you about your application, next steps, offers, and related services by phone, email, and SMS (with your consent — see Section 5)
• Send you educational content and updates about funding readiness if you are not yet qualified
• Operate, improve, and secure the Site, and measure the performance of our marketing
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

We share your information only as described here:

• Funding partners. When you submit a funding request, we share your application information with iFundYou and its lender network so they can evaluate your request and present offers. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies and any authorizations you sign with them.
• Service providers. We use trusted vendors to operate the Site and our communications (such as hosting, database, CRM, email, and SMS providers). They may process your information only to provide services to us.
• Legal. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers. If our business is sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your Federal Tax ID (EIN) and financial details are used solely to verify your business and process your funding request with our funding partners. This information is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS), stored with restricted access, and is never sold or used for unrelated marketing.

If you provide your phone number and check the consent box on our forms, you agree to receive calls and text messages — including via automated technology and prerecorded messages — from Onrush Funding and its funding partners regarding your application and related offers.

• Message frequency varies; typically 2–6 messages during an active application.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for assistance.
• Consent is not a condition of purchase or approval.

We use cookies and pixels — including the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to understand how visitors use the Site, measure ad performance, and show relevant ads. These tools may collect device identifiers and browsing activity on our Site.
